The market is open every day. These stations are filled. Kitchen starts at six. Doors at seven. Last checkout at nine.

  Opens the doors, watches the grid, publishes price changes. An adult job on the city roster.

• Kitchen Lead

  6:00am–2:00pm

  Cooks grab-and-go before 8. Eight meals. When the fish is gone, it is gone.

• Kitchen Cook

  10:00am–6:00pm

  Holds the afternoon bowls and restocks the case.

• Bakery Table

  6:00am–1:00pm

  Nadia Osman's loaves until they are gone. We do not pretend they last until dinner.

• Produce

  7:00am–3:00pm

  Local when it is local. Labeled when it is not.

• Receiving

  6:00am–2:00pm

  Supply Co. deliveries, count-in, no mystery cases.

• Checkout

  7:00am–9:00pm, split shift
